Dr. Virginia Marchese is a bilingual educator, instructional designer, and higher education faculty member with extensive experience in curriculum development, online learning, language education, and teacher preparation. She holds doctoral-level preparation in curriculum and instruction, along with graduate degrees in education, educational Spanish, and business administration. Her professional experience spans higher education, K–12 education, curriculum design, instructional development, and federal service.

Dr. Marchese’s academic interests include inclusive education, curriculum and instructional design, educational leadership, culturally responsive teaching, second-language learning, and the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning. She is committed to creating engaging, student-centered learning environments that connect research, theory, and professional practice. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes academic excellence, inclusion, critical thinking, and preparing students to apply their knowledge effectively in diverse educational and professional settings.
