Patricia E. Potter
After executive positions in privately held and publicly traded companies and at a major non-profit association, Patricia Potter returned to higher education, capping her career as president of California’s second largest, private, non-profit institution. During her presidency, she led the institution to its four greatest years of growth. She has over 35 years of experience in higher education. She holds an MBA degree and is a Leadership America and Leadership California graduate.
First Vice Chair of the TCS Education System board, she serves on the Executive Committee, Finance & Audit Committee, Committee on Academic Collaboration, and Ad Hoc Committee on Affiliations. She is a trustee of University of Western States) and active WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) as a member of its standing Eligibility Review Committee.
She is President of the Friends of Red Rock Canyon, a 195,000 plus acre national conservation area that hosts over 5 million visitors annually. Friends is the nation’s oldest membership volunteer group in service to America’s public lands.
