Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Geraldine “Ginger” Leopoldo is the Executive Director at the Center for Immigrant Resources and Community Arts (CIRCA) Pinitg with over 20 years of experience as an educator and literacy coach, specializing in arts-based literacy programs for at-risk youth. Ginger is a theater graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has collaborated with other theater organizations around Chicago. She has also taught ESL to students in China and is an adjunct lecturer in the ESL program at the University of the Potomac. Recently, she led CIRCA Pintig to adjust to global virtual events and productions for the community. She is pursuing a doctoral degree in organizational and educational leadership with an interest in researching the Filipino Diaspora, Teaching Artists, and the pedagogy of the Theatre of the Oppressed. She lives in Chicago with her husband and children, also teaching in the classroom as a Waldorf Grade 2 class teacher.
