About Professor Nikolova
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

I started to work for the University of the Potomac, formerly Potomac College, in 2006 teaching business, management and general education courses.
I have a BA degree in Sociology from Sofia University, Bulgaria, a MA degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, a MA in Political Science from George Mason University, MBA and a PhD in Political Science from New Bulgarian University. Currently, I am in a process of completing my second PhD in Business Administration.
I have taught at Sofia University, George Mason University, the University of North America, and California University of Management and Science.
My major interests are in the field of globalization, international business, strategic management, women entrepreneurship.
