Professor Dr. Ronda A. Williams has held a wide variety of important positions over the course of her professional career. Aside from innovation and strategic planning, she also excels at client relationship management and has served as a subject matter expert on technology, training, and organizational development for executives in private industry and federal government officials. She has successfully implemented numerous initiatives that have yielded tangible results, including streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, and driving cost savings. She has also been instrumental in driving organizational change and implementing new programs that have had a positive impact on organizational performance. Her academic career includes teaching courses in business, management, information technology, criminal justice, and healthcare administration.
