Marcus Goodwin
As Senior Vice President, Real Estate, Marcus is responsible for acquisitions, development, and asset management across the firm’s Mid-Atlantic real estate portfolio. He brings extensive experience in investment analysis, deal structuring, and execution across a range of asset types.
Prior to joining Walton, Marcus served as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, advising clients on leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. Earlier in his career, he held senior investment and development roles at leading real estate development firms in the Washington, D.C. region.
Mr. Goodwin is involved in the community, also serving on the boards of The National Links Trust, HEROES, Inc and Launchpad Development Company.
Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master in Real Estate from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.
