About Professor Carole
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Carole Abourached has been Adjunct Faculty at University of the Potomac teaching environmental Science and Sustainability since 2017. Also, she has been working in international development since 2014. Currently, Carole is Senior Project Management Specialist at RTI International where she has supported water and energy projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America (Ethiopia, Nigeria, Zambia, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Mexico, and Dominican Republic). Prior RTI, Carole worked at Counterpart International where she backstopped food security projects in Senegal and Mauritania.
Carole earned her PhD in Water, Biological and Ecological Engineering from Oregon State University, MS in Irrigation from American University of Beirut, and BS in Agricultural Engineering from Lebanese University. Carole is fluent in English, French and Arabic and intermediate in Spanish.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, photography, learning Spanish and spending time with her family.
