About Professor Dr. Victoria Ashiru
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

My name is Dr. Victoria Ashiru. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management, Master of Science in Human Resources Management, and Doctor of Management in International Operations Management, all from University of Maryland Global Campus (formerly University of Maryland University College).
Before joining academia in 2011, I worked for over 18 years with multinational organizations; the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, England and with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) here in Washington, D.C. Since then I have been teaching courses in Human Resources Management and Project Management at graduate level. I have governmental, non-governmental, and corporate experiences that I hope will help you develop your skills and abilities.
As a professor, I am very attentive to my students. I am flexible, adaptable, and ready to listen as each student learns differently. That is why I strive to establish a relationship of trust and mutual respect, which provides a productive student-professor learning environment.
I love traveling and learning the cultures of people from different parts of the world. I also enjoy reading, singing, dancing, and spending quality time with my family.
