About Professor Campbell
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Dr. Aldith D. Campbell, MBA, Ed.D;
Dr. Campbell has been a professor at the University of The Potomac since 2013 but have worked with the University since 2007, in the roles of Admissions Counselor, Associate Director of Admissions, Corporate Liaison and Career Advisor. She earned her BA at Wilkes University in Communications, MBA from the University of Phoenix in Health Care Management, and a Doctorate from Argosy University in Counseling Psychology. She is a Leader, Career Coach, Mentor and Business Owner, who have dedicated her career to helping others in higher education, mental health, and workforce development.
She has worked with Wyoming Valley Health Care Systems, Health Choice Program for the State of Maryland through Health Management Resources, director at Grant Associates providing services in Workforce Development and in the hospital, system providing mental health services. She is an experienced and resolute human services professional with over 25 years of experience with progressive responsibilities. She enjoys teaching and watching students grow and accomplish their career goals at an elevated level.
