About Professor Farabee
Carol is a Navy Veteran, author, entrepreneur, professor, business owner, has 3 nonprofits and is active in the community. Carol worked 30 years in Corporate America, 55 years in IT and 24 years as a University Professor teaching technology, management, leadership, entrepreneurship and Government and global classes, technical writing, thesis, and research methods and is currently a writing coach for several authors. Carol works with authors as a writing coach, edits and formats their books. She is a member of the IBPA (International Book Publishers Association.) She is also a judge for the Benjamin Franklin Book Awards for Business/Career books.
Carol has a BA in Sociology, MBA in Management, and an MS in Systems Engineering, PhD (abd) in Applied Management. She has held positions as Quality Engineer, Production Manager, Documentation and Training Manager, Consultant, Database Administrator, Production Artist as well as President, CEO and Vice President. Carol is currently serving on the Steering Committee for Americas Aerospace Cluster. Carol has written 50 books. She has a 20 book series about Teens in the West. A 9 books series following the 20 book series characters and 15 books are currently on Amazon and other websites.
