Dr. Dutchie Reid

Dr. Dutchie Reid is an Adjunct Professor at the University of the Potomac. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and Global Management from Argosy University, a MBA from Texas Woman’s University with a focus in Organizational Leadership and a post-graduate certificate from the University of Notre Dame in Non-Profit Fund Development. Dr. Reid is a strategic and accomplished higher education leader with more than 25 years demonstrated expertise in organizational leadership and management, change management, strategic planning, institutional compliance and assessment, curriculum development, and academic administration and operations. In her 20+ years teaching experience she’s had the distinct honor and privilege in mentoring and instructing hundreds of students in areas such as television and film production, design thinking, marketing management, brand strategy, organizational development and leadership, organizational behavior, change management, conflict resolution, business innovation, as well as many other business and leadership topics. Dr. Reid is passionate about developing programs and initiatives that provide a framework of success to allow individuals to reach their true potential.  She fosters a classroom culture that inspires learning and embraces the quest for new and different ways to achieve goals and solve problems through creative, innovative, and open-minded thought processes.
