Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Bashar Fadhil serves as the Associate Dean of Student Support and Alumni Services at the University of the Potomac, where he provides leadership for initiatives that enhance student success, engagement, retention, and alumni relations. With a career spanning higher education administration and diplomatic service at the Embassy of Iraq in Washington, D.C., he has developed expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, student development, and organizational leadership. Bashar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and an MBA in Marketing, combining analytical problem-solving with strategic communication and business acumen. Passionate about education and service, he is dedicated to creating meaningful programs and partnerships that support academic achievement, foster professional growth, strengthen alumni connections, and positively impact diverse communities.
