Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Mr. Fekede Gindaba is the Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Audits (DAIGA) within the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the District of Columbia. The Audit Unit (AU) is responsible for independently conducting and supervising audits. The AU conducts both performance, financial, and attestation engagements in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards.

Mr. Gindaba assists in providing leadership; coordinating and recommending policies for activities designed and to prevent and detect corruption, fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement in District government programs and operations; and assist in providing a means for keeping the Mayor, DC Council, and District government agencies informed about problems and deficiencies relating to the administration of programs and operations.

As an adjunct professor at University of the Potomac (UOTP), Fekede teaches accounting and finance courses both graduate and undergraduate programs and he chairs the UOTP accounting and finance department.

Prior to his tenure with D.C. Government, Mr. Gindaba served in different capacity both in public and private sectors including institutions for higher education where he provided leadership in the planning and execution of audits and helped clients implement audit recommendations in a cost-effective manner. Mr. Gindaba provided leadership on international financial management practices to promote economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in programs and projects funded by United Nation agencies, European Commission, African Union, World Bank, and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Mr. Gindaba is an active certified member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, NY, USA, the Association of Inspectors General, NY, USA, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Glasgow, UK. Mr. Gindaba holds a MBA degree from Maharishi University of Management, Fairfield, Iowa, USA. Born and raised in Ethiopia, Mr. Gindaba moved to the US to pursue an advanced degree. Mr. Gindaba obtained US permanent residency in 2009 and citizenship in 2013.
