About Professor Dr. Amity Glen Chase
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Dr. Amity Glenn-Chase is proud to be part of UOTP’s ECD bilingual’s cohort. She has worked in early childhood education for the last 14 years as a teacher, instructional coach, and now adjunct professor at UOTP. Her research and dissertation are in trauma-informed practice and teacher preparation, leading her to present to future ECE educators at the Leading Fellows cohorts for Americorps. Her passion is to incorporate trauma-informed practice into every level of teacher preparation, ensuring that children get the support and instruction they need to develop and succeed.
Dr. Glenn-Chase also taught ESL at a university in Quito, Ecuador and for unions in Washington DC. Her undergraduate degree is in French and Spanish and language in general is fascinating to her. She enjoys both teaching and learning, keeping up on research that facilitates life-long learning for everyone.
