About Professor Graves
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Tierra D. Graves was born in Washington, DC but currently resides in Maryland.
She graduated from Eastern Senior High School in Washington DC with honors. She currently holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Trinity Washington University. She also holds a master degree in Secondary Education, Secondary Humanities Education from Grand Canyon University. Ms. Graves also completed a summer course where she received a certificate/license from Goucher College to teach Advanced Placement Courses on the secondary level for English coursework. Ms. Graves is a 6-time published author. Ms. Graves has taught English for grades 6-12 with District of Columbia Public Schools for the past six years. She has also taught Biology, Art, and Spanish courses on the middle and high school levels. Ms. Graves writes poetry, short stories, essays and so much more.
