About Professor Hood
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Combined 30+ years in higher education administration, teaching, advising, and online instructional delivery. Educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management, a Master of Education degree with a concentration in Education Technology, a Master of Science degree in Post-Secondary and Adult Education, and currently in the ABD dissertation phase of the Doctorate of Education degree in Higher Education and Adult Learning. Additional academic achievement include graduate certificate – Information Systems Specialist.
Professional positions include Associate Dean, Academic Dean, Dean of Student and Retention Services, Online Development Project Manager, Dean of Online Learning, Learning Management Systems Administrator, IT Program Chair, Campus Director, Director of Academic Operations, and General Education Chair/Co-Chair.
Over 15 years as faculty serving f2f/hybrid/online with continuous emphasis on professional training in curriculum development, general education study skills, and information technology and management.
