Dr. Kenneth Jenkins

Dr. Kenneth Jenkins is a faculty member who recently joined the University of the Potomac (2023). Dr. Jenkins served in the US Army as a helicopter crew chief for 6 years. After his discharge from active duty as a civilian during Operation Desert Storm and subsequent Gulf War conflicts, Dr. Jenkins worked for 9 years as a helicopter maintenance instructor for the Royal Saudi Air Force in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Jenkins is an Industrial/Organization Psychology Practitioner and subject matter expert in the areas of performance appraisal, succession planning, psychometric testing, and workplace behavior. Dr Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management, a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Dr. Jenkins is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner and member of Division 14 of the American Psychological Association (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology [SIOP]).
