About Professor Fisher
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

I am Dr. Frederick L. Fisher II, I am an Potomac Alumni and also a Professor here. I am a native Washingtonian. I live in the Maryland suburbs. Although this area has been home base, I have traveled to at least 40 of the 50 states, and abroad to Canada, Mexico, and the Netherlands.
I have been teaching at Potomac since 2005 (20 years) and have taught public high school for eight years. I have a BS in IS Management, MS in Project Management. MS in IT with a Cyber Security concentration, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA).
I have over 40 years in IS/IT. I have held various position with Fortune 100 companies as an Network Engineer, Project Manager , Director, Business Development (started several companies). As a DoD contractor, Project managed large IT and Cyber Security contracts.
I enjoy cooking, movies, traveling, reading and athletics.
