About Professor Fisher
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Frederick L Fisher, II has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of the Potomac since 2005, where he proctors and facilitates graduate and undergraduate courses in Information Technology, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Project Management, and Business on ground and online.
Professor Fisher is also a certified public school teacher in Prince George’s County Maryland teaching Technology and Business.
Professor Fisher has also worked professionally for some Fortune 50 companies; Verizon, Northrup Grumman, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, as a commercial Project Manager and Department of Defense contractor.
Professor Fisher has a BS in Information Systems, MS in Project Management, MS in Information Technology (Cyber Security), and will begin Doctorial program at University of Potomac June 2020.
