About Professor Malinowski

Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Before devoting himself to teaching English as a Second Language, Professor Malinowski served with the U.S. Government to include the U.S. Agency for International Development, Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration in Budget, Finance and Accounting and served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer English Teacher.

Professor Malinowski is currently the Adjunct ESL Instructor at the University of the Potomac, DC (2019-present).

His credentials include:

  • ESL Certification at Maximo Nivel in Cusco, Peru (online).
  • A former Peace Corps Volunteer English Teacher at the Junior Secondary School in Grenada, West Indies (British System)
  • Substitute Teacher for the Boston Massachusetts School Committee.
  • A Speaker to the Long Island University Brooklyn Faculty (advocate for accreditation and facility expansion).

As a former Peace Corps Volunteer, Stephan wrote West Indian short stories (Reading for Meaning 1975) for the students at the Junior Secondary School in Grenada West Indies, and has raised funds for Teacher’s Scholarship (University of West Indies-Barbados). Stephan has also acquired 18 thousand volumes of general library and student text books donated by the Chairman of the Cleveland, Ohio Public Library.

Stephan is an avid amateur baseball player with the Ponce De Leon Baseball League in Maryland to include participation in the Spring Training Camps in Ft. Myers, Florida and JSB Baseball at Bradenton, Florida.
