About Professor Dr.Andrew Metry
Dr. Andrew Metry has been with the University of the Potomac since 2024. He earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees, graduating top of his class. He brings a strong academic foundation and a commitment to excellence in teaching and research. Since joining the University, Dr. Metry has been committed to fostering an engaging learning environment that encourages personal and academic growth.
An Egyptian American, Dr. Metry values cultural diversity that enriches both education and community. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dr. Metry can be found on Los Angeles beaches, where he appreciates the beauty of the coastline and the opportunity to relax and recharge. He is also an avid fishing enthusiast and enjoys the patience, focus, and connection to nature that the activity provides.
