About Professor Christopher Sadowski
Christopher Sadowski, GISP, is a GIS professional and educator with more than 22 years of experience in the geospatial field. He holds a Master of Arts in Geography and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toledo and maintains active GISP and Esri ArcGIS Pro Associate (2025) certification.
Currently working as a GIS Analyst in central Florida, he’s heavily involved in creatinging and maintaining web applications through ArcGIS Online and Experience Builder. Other focus areas are land development and planning along with utilities.
His teaching portfolio includes Human Geography, World Geography, and applied GIS, with a focus on practical ArcGIS Pro skills, spatial analysis, data management, and accessible course design. Christopher emphasizes real-world applications and student-centered instruction, drawing on extensive professional experience to help learners connect theory with industry practice.
He is committed to high-quality online education that prepares students for careers in geography, planning, and geospatial technology.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling and playing sand volleyball.
