About Professor Nelson Sarin
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from
University of California (CALPOLY), Pomona, CA and Master of Science degree in Master of Business Administration/Finance from West-Coast University, Los Angeles, CA. Working on my PhD and have completed several requirements.
I was approved to teach Finance, Statistics and Analytics classes by SCHEV (State Council of Higher Education for Virginia).
My background includes over 45 years of Analytical Financial/Operational experience and success in advising companies and government agencies in financial analysis, and project management. I have successfully resolved discrepancies and increased company revenue. Highly skilled and maximizing productivity through detailed analysis and process improvements using industrial engineering and statistical techniques, lower labor, and material expenditures, develop financial plans, budgets, and track improvements to improve the “bottom line”.
The subject matter I teach provides students with analytical and decision-making approaches to problems when dealing with solutions to Business, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain Problems. Basically, I now use the principles and my working experience that I learned in the “real world” and impart them to my students for future success.
