About Professor Lee
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Dr. Arthur Lee Smith, or Dr. Lee is the Provost at University of the Potomac. Lee has 27 years of experience working in the private sector, most notably as an Executive Consultant in the insurance industry. Lee also has served on multiple university boards and on the Higher Learning Commission Appeals Committee. His academic experience includes teaching, fifteen-plus years in leadership and has chaired and/or served on 15 doctoral dissertation committees. Lee has a PhD and MBA in Strategic Management and Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Nothing excites Dr. Smith more than seeing students walk across that finish line by earning their degree; it is sincerely why he has remained in the education sector for more than 30 years!
