About Professor Marquia Whitehead
Dr. Sergei Andronikov has over 30 years of academic experience serving as an Academic Administrator, business professor and researcher in the universities in S-E Asia, the Netherlands, United Kingdom and three different states in the US, also administering Business Programs including MBA/EMBA and Executive Education. Twice he was awarded with Royal Society Fellowship, UK.

Dr. Marquia Whitehead is an educator, strategist, and consultant with an advanced knowledge of the English language, DEI, and education. Dr. Whitehead’s doctoral study focused on African American women in leadership roles at higher education institutions. Her award-winning dissertation, A Phenomenological Study of the Barriers and Challenges Presented to African American Women in Leadership Roles at Four-Year Higher Education Institutions, has been read by individuals nationally, receiving ongoing recognition. Serving as an Education Consultant for an international corporate and education organization, Dr. Whitehead enjoys assisting K-12 schools with improving leadership and self-improvement! Additionally, she is Unconscious Bias certified and facilitates diversity and inclusion workshops on behalf of the company. Dr. Whitehead has over 10 years of experience in education, still fulfilling her passion as an Adjunct English Professor for a few higher education institutions. She has received numerous accolades and awards for her contribution to society and professional endeavors.
